Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges for preference (flavor, size, etc.) are not accepted.
